Balcones Baby Blue

Balcones Baby Blue is a corn whisky made from Texas-grown blue corn, distilled by one of the pioneering craft distilleries in the Texas whiskey movement. It's not labeled as bourbon since it falls outside that category's specific requirements, but it shares a similar corn-forward sweetness. Expect rich corn sweetness with a slightly nutty, toasted edge and light oak. It's distinctive enough to sip neat for whiskey drinkers curious about corn whisky beyond the standard bourbon profile.
