Heinz Eifel Riesling Kabinett Mosel

750mL

Heinz Eifel Riesling Kabinett comes from Germany's Mosel region, prized for its steep, slate-soil vineyards along the Mosel River. Kabinett denotes a lighter, delicately off-dry style of Riesling, picked at a lower ripeness level than richer styles. Expect crisp green apple and citrus notes balanced by a touch of natural sweetness and bright, racy acidity. Serve well chilled with spicy Asian dishes, light seafood or on its own as a refreshing sipper.
